Job Description

We are seeking a Client Support Associate to be a part of our client support team and drive excellence in customer service. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of IT systems and technologies, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for delivering superior client experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the resolution of client issues and ensure timely and effective responses to support tickets and inquiries
• Develop and implement processes and procedures to streamline client support operations and improve efficiency
• Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated client issues and work closely with internal teams to resolve them.
• Monitor client satisfaction metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for their needs.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client support and IT service management.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and product development, to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Prepare regular reports and updates on client support activities and performance metrics for senior management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field
• MBAs from Marketing, Communications, International Relations domain
• Previous experience in IT support or client services is an added advantage.
• Technical knowledge of IT solutions, software languages, processes is an added advantage
• Excellent communication skills - English, Hindi and any other regional language, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
